MARIANN B. RAPP. In addition there is hereby assessed the su~ ;
of One Dollar ($1.00) as statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk°of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. That the Wife, MARIANN B. RAPP, shall have the
possession and ownership of the fur~iture and furnishings now in ~

her possession, which were accumulated by the parties during r
their marriage.
5. The ~ourt determines that the sum of $300 is a =

reasonable amount to be paid by the Husband to Willes, Bittan &
Willes to be applied upon counsel fees for the Wife, and that in
addition thereto the Husband shall pay the costs incurred herein

of $23 to the Clerk ,and $45 to Sheriffs Holt and Norvell. ~

6. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties ~

hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
be prop~r.
