This cause came on for trial the 7th day of December, ~
1973, and the Court havinq given full consideration to all the ~

evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of ~
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the rela-
tion of husband and wife naw exists between the parties; and

that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken }
an3 should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: t

~ W. MANIES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties ;

~ 2. Custody of JAMES R. MANIES, JR., minor child of .

~ the parties, is hereby awarded to SHIRLEY W. MANIES with reason-

- able visitation rights reserved to JAMES R. MANIES. ~

# 3. Commencing Monday, December 10, 1973, JAMES R. ~
~ MANIES shall pay to SHIRLEY W. MANIES the sum of $20 each week
