for the support of the child named above. Each payment shall

be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly ~
to SHIRLEY W. MADiIES. In addition there is liereby assessed the ~
sum of $1 as statutc+ry costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shail be made in cash, money order
or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep ~

the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. That the Husband, JAMES R. MANIES, by appropriate
instrument, shall convey to the Wife, SHIRLEY W. MANIES, all his
interest in the real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as follows:

Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 8, Page 77~, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
5. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties
