Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court ~
and by him remitted pranptly to YVONNE K. MARTIN. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory coets to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier'a check. Both of the ~
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court adviaed of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement
(stipulation) admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein
by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the

provisions thereof, :

5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby ~

enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying =
the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the swn '
