SARDELIA, Wife FII~L JUDGMSNT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 7th clay of December, 1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi- dence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken ~ i and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: i i 1. The marriage between JOSEPH J. SARDELLA and NORMA 9 E A. SARDELLA be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties t a E ~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~ ~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga- ~ ~ tions arising therefrom. ~ 2. Custody of JEFFREY J. SARDELLA, minor child of the a ~ parties, is hereby awarded to NORMA A. SARDELLA, with reasonable ~ ~ visitation rights reserved to JOSEPH J. SARDELLA. ~ ~ ~ 3. Cammencing Friday, Navember 30, 1973, JOSEPH J. ~ SARDELIA shall pay to NORMA A. SARDELIA the sum of $100 each and Sv ; every month for the support of the child abovenamed.
