the personal property from said marital dwelling. Until such ~
time as the marital residence is sold, the parties agree that
the wife and minor child may have the exclusive right to reside

in said dwelling and that the parties agree to share the mortgage _
payments, taxes and in~urance on the hame equally. The proceeds
from the sale of the home shall be divided equally bet~aeen the
parties after the follawing are paid: (a) costs in connection
with the sale of the home; (b) all outstanding family bills as $
~
of the date of this Final Judgment; (c) the Husband is to receive
$1,100 before the division of the proceeds between the parties.
7. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained ,
from interfering with, harassing or~annoying the other.

8. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained for the entry aE such further orders as may be proper.
