LUCIE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA CASE NO: 73-818 CA IN RE: The Marriage of NATHANIEL ARMSTRONG, Husband a!~d DOLLY DIANE ARMSTRONG, Wife FINAL JUDGd~iENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRI.AGE THIS CA,USE came on for trial the 5th day of December, 1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Yiusband and wife now exists between the pa.rties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. Z'he marriage between NATHANIEL ARMSTRONG and DOLLY DIANE ARMSTRONg be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ ! 2. CUSZ~ODY. Custody o~ YOLANDA ARMSTRONG, minor child of the i ' parties, is hereby awarded to DpLLY DIANE ARMSTRONG with reasonable ; ~ visitation rights reserved to NATHANIEL ARMSTRONG. } _ ; 3. SUPPORT. Coinmencing the lOth day of December, 1973, NATHANIEL ARMSTRONG shall pay to DOLLY DIANE ARMSTRONG the sum of 3 $20.00 each and every week, for the support of the minor child named above. F ; Each payment shaZl be made to the Clerk of this Court and by = him remitted promptly to DOLLY DIANE ARMSTRONG.
