and all minerals underlying the tWO above described pazcels
of land under the hereinabove described Oil, Gas and
Mineral Lease by directional drilling, pooling or
unitization with other lands and leases, or any other
method which will not disturb the use of the surface
of said two above described parcels of land nor that
portion of the aubsurface occup~ed by or necessary to
the support of the underground portion of the above
described facilities of FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COI~ANY.
3. That, except as hereby amended, the aforesaid leasea
shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, AMOCO PRODUCTION COMPANY and FLORIDA POWER
{
& LIGHT COMPANY have hereunto set their hands to this agreement, the
same being binding upon all legal representatives and successors of
