covenan[s of this mortgage, pey all taxes which may accrue on said property, keep the _
premises insured at full insurable value and pay all costs and expenses of collection,
including a reasonable attorney's fee. Upon breach of any of the provisions of the
note or of this mortgage, Mortgagee may declare the entire outstanding indebtedness
immediately due and payable.
