this suit; that the relation of husband and Wife nov exists bet~reen the parties;
and that the marrisge bet~reen the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon ~

1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marriage betWeen JEANNE
CARITA BARDEN and ELBERT JEFFERSQN BARDEN be and the ssme is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
