WAYNE E. ALLEN, Claimant, files this Notice of Claim
. and/or encroachment pursuant to marketability record Title
Act of Florida Statutes 712 against John C. Scott, Jr. and Mary
Scott, his wife, whose address is c/o Charles E. Becht, Attorney
at Law, P. O. Box 548, Fort Pierce, Florida, and gives notice
that claimant has a claim affecting the following described
property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The Point of Beginning being at a
point 364.0 feet North of Section ~

East; thence North along Section line
50.9 feet to a point; thence N 83°30'
East, 352.34 feet to the shore of the
Indian River; thence 520°E along the
shore of the Indian River, 93.31 feet
