1973, between LOUISE PAIMER and JEANNE PALMER SCOTT, as Co-
Executrices of the Estate of W. A. pAI~lER, ~Pceased, Parties

~ T'he Parties of the First~Part, pursuant to Order of the -
Circuiti Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, da ted November
! y~, 1973, and in consideration of the premises and of t2ie
full payment of an agreement previously entered into between
W. A. PALMER and the predecessor in title to the Grantee herein,
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, do grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm to the
Party of the Second Part and his heirs, successors and assigns
forever, that certain real property situate in St. Lucie County~
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 9, LIBERTY PARK, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 7, at pa.ge 54 of the Public Records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida _ ~
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to
s that real property. _
TO I~VE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part and to his heirs and assigns in e simple forever.
AND the Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with
the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns that in all
things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance the orders
