ROSE K. WILLIAMSON who upon tirst being duly sworn, did depose and -
say:
1. That ROSE K. WILLIAMSON is the unremarried surviving spouse
of CHANDLER P. WILLTAMSON who departed this life on January 22, 1966.
2. That ROSE K. WILLIAMSON and the said CHANDLER P. WILLIAMSON
were the grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance exectlted
by CHANDLER P. WILLIAMSON and ROSE K. WILLIAMSON, his wife, filed
April 4, 1946, recorded in Deed Book 123, Page 415-416, in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein~the above-described
real property was conveyed.

3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she was
i married to the said CHANDLER P. WILLIAMSON and that said marital re- :

lationship continued without interruption.until the death of the said
