FINAL JtTDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came fln for final hear£ng this 7th day of
I~ecember, 1~73, a!~d the wife having appeared by her attorney and
a default being entered against the husband for failing to file
an answer or other pleadings and the Court, having giveR full con-
sideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court ;
has jurisdict'tori of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband a~d wife now exists between ROSEMARIE
W, DARRISAU and DAN EDWARD DARRISAW; the equities are with the
wife and against the husband and the wife is entitled to a di.vorce.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. UIVORCE. The marriage between the wife, ROSE?iP,RIE W.
DARRISAW, and the husband, UAN EDWARD DARRISAW, be and the same 'ts
hereby dissolc~ed, and the said parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed fram the bflnds of matrimony heretofore existing
between Chem aRd from the obligations arising there£rom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DA?V EDWARD and DIEGO DARRISAW,

minor children of the husband and wife, is hereby awarded to the
wife with reasonabZe visitation rights reserved to ~he husband.

3. SLrPPORT. Commenc ing this ~ day of ,,G.Lw,,,.~.(~~,
1`~7~3, the husband shall pay to the Clerk af this Court the sum of
Thirty Dollars each and ev~ry week for the support of the children
herein named, whtch shall be remitted promptly by the Clerk to the
wife. In addition_there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. AI1 payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Wife and
