THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 5th day of December, 1973

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, .
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It

; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLARD

~ WAYNE.FLOWERS and NANCY E. FLOWERS be and the same is hereby diseolved
~
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement stipulated into
~ the record in Court provided that the husband deed to the wife the
= property owned jointly by the parties described as:

LOT 11, BLOCK 3, FLEETWOOD ACRES, as recorded
~ in Plat Book 10, Page 78, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that
The wife shall execute a second mortgage on the property to the

husband in the amount o€ $3,000.00 at 6% interest, which shall provide
