that it is due and payable upon rem~rriage, death or sale of the
property. In addition, the Husband shall sign any and a11 necessary
documents to transfer the Chevrolet automobile described in the
stipulation, to the Wife.
The property settlement agreement as set out herein is approved
by the Court and is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
other. ~
4. FEES AND COSTS. Upon stipulation of the parties the Court t

determines that the Husband shall pay the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ~
~
($200:00) to the Wife's attorneys for their services herein, and the ~
~

Husband is ordered to pay said attorneys said sum. ~

5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties F

hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
