~?~~~R C)~T MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
This cause came on to be heard on December 7. 1973 on
Wife's Motion for Contempt Order and Notice of Hearing, and the
court having heard testimony of and discussions between the
parties, and being fully advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband,
RICHARD B. DANIEL is in violation of the Restraining Order con-
tained in Paragraph 10 of the Final Judgment dated February 29,
1972.
2. The Court finds and determines that the Husband,
RICHARD B. DANIEL is in arrears on the payments Ordered by Para-
graph 9 of the Final Judgment to Willes, Bittan & Willes in the
sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Two ($372.82) Dollars and 82/100
and the Court further finds that the costs of this action for
Sheriff's service was Seven ($7.50) Dollars and 50/100.
3, The Husband is hereby held in contempt of this Court
and is sentenced to time served in the County Jail of St. Lucie
County, Florida and the Sheriff of St. Lucie County is directed
;
to release the Husband forthwith.
4. The Husband shall have a reasonable amount of time in
which to pay the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of
Three Hundred Eighty ($380.32} Dollars and 82/100 or to make
