by and between ROBERT L. RAINWATER and MARGARET W, RAINWATER, his wife,
Grantors, of 1219 Rockledge Drive, Rockledge, County of Brevard, State .
of Florida, parties of the First Part, and NIHLE 6. FRANK and MARGARET C.
FRANK, his wife, as Tenants by the Entirety, Grantees, whose Post Office
Address is 300 Chatham Drive, Aurora, Ohip 44202, parties of the Second
Part;
WITWESSETH:
That the parties of the first part. for and in considerstion of
the sum of Ten Doliars and other good and vaiuable considerations, to
them in hand oaid by the parties of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, and sold to the said
parties of the second oart, their heirs and assigns forever, the following
described real property, and rights and interests as set forth below and in
reai praperty located ancl situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida, to-wit:

o AT ST, LUCIE, a condominium, according to the Deciaration
