W I T N E S S E T H:
_ The Parties of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,-Florida dated ~
1973, and in consideration of the premises and of the
full payment of an oral agreement previously entered into between
W. A. Palmer and the Grantees herein, and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and conf irm to the Parties of the Second Part and
to their heirs, successors and assigns forever, that certain real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
