This cause came on for trial the 12th.day of
December, I973 and the Court having given full consideration
to a12 the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; ~
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the ~
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- '
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between `
PATRICIA L. GLENNON and THOMAS GLENNON be and the same is hereby ~
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom. _

2. CUSTODY. Custody of Thomas Shean Glennon, minor ~
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to Patricia L. Glennon, ;
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Thomas Glennon. ~

3. JURISDICTION, Jurisdiction of this cause, and '
the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further ;
orders as may be proper.
DONE and ORDERED this 12th day of December, 1973 in
