(as refiled and recorded in Deed Book 139, page 67 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida), to the East right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 1;
thence run Southeasterly (SE) along said East right-of-way 175 feet to the
point of beginning.of the tract herein conveyed; thence continue Southeasterly
(SE) along said East right-of-way a distance of 175 feet; thence run
Northeasterly (NE) parallel to said Beckman line to the East line of Section
22; thence run North along said Section line 186.05 feet more or less to a
point which would lie on the intersection of a line running through the -
point of beginning and extending Northeasterly (NE) parallel to the said
Beckman line and intersection with the East line of said Section 22; thence
run Southwesterly (SW) parallel to said Beckman line to said East right-of
