accordin~ to the Plat of said subdivision on

2. That your Affiant knows of his oan knowledge that STELLA
MAI~ S~ITH, a widow and JEWELL RICHARDSON and her husband, ~IARVIN
RICHARDSON, were all of the heirs at law of O. C. Smfth, and ~
that your Affiant is the son of Stella Mae S~nith, widow of O. C.
S~nith, deceased, a nd is the brother of Jewell Richardson, daughter
of C. C. S~nith and Stella Mae Smith.
3. That Stella Hae S'~nith, a widoa and Jewe12 Richardson and
her husband, Marvin R3chardson, the heirs of O. C. S~mith deeded
their interest in the property to your Affiant by Deed dated
February 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book 224, Pa~e 555, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
