MuDIFICATZO~I AGREF.MENT
TNIS AGREEMENT made this 7th day of vovember, A. D.,
1973 by and between WILLIAM A. ANDERSON and VER.~ ANDERS~N, his
wife, hereinafter called Mortgagor and McCAUGHAN MORTGAGE GOMPANY, ~
ING., a Florida corporati~n, hereinafter called Mortgagee:
WHEREAS, a certain mortgage dated the 3rd day of
November, A. D.,.1972, was given by Mortgagor to Mortgagee which
sesured a mortgage note in the princ ipal s~un of LiGHTY SEVEN "

_ THUUSAND and No/100 Dollars ($87,000.00), which said mortgage '
was recorded in Officiai Records Book 207, at Page 2~56, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida encianbering the
following described property, to-wit: -
Lot 6, Block 1, TROPICAL BEACH, accarding [o the -
plat recorded thereof in Plat Book 9, Page 26,
Public Records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida; less _
part deeded to St . Luc ie Coemty and St . Luc ie
Co~mty Erosion District.
WHEREAS, M~rtg,agor has requested Mortgagee to change
the terms and conditions of the original Mortgage Note secured
to mortgage the af oresaid property, and
WHEREaS, M~rtgagee is willing to m~dify the terms and -
canditions of the said Mortgage Note encumbering the aforesaid
property,
NOW, THEREFORE, in cansideration of the prenises~, it
is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows:
1. THAT the m~rtgage note for EIGHTY SEVEV THJUSAND

and ~1o/1Q0 Dollars ($87,000.00), executed on I~ove~ber 3, 1972,
by the original M~rtgagor and Mortgagee, shall remain in full
force and effect except as he-reinafter modif ied;
