TNAT the Mortgagor hereby agrees and ac[cnowledges that the said pranissory note shall be secured by the original ~ mortgage dated November 3, 1972, recorded in Official Records Book 207, at Page 2856, of the Public Records of St. Lucie ; County, Florida: s 3. THAT the Mortgagor hereby covenants, promises and agrees to pay the promissory note in the manner and in all respects ; as therein provided in said mortgage except the principal sum of EIGHTY SEVEN T~iOUSAND and No/100 Dollars ($87,000.00) bearing ' interest at 8.3/4% per annum which interest and principal shall i be payable in monthly installments of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTEEN and ~ 30/100 Dollars ($715.30) with the first installment due and ; payable on the first day of December, 1973 and the final install- ment due and payable on the first day of November, 1998. ` 4.
