2. TNAT the Mortgagor hereby agrees and ac[cnowledges
that the said pranissory note shall be secured by the original

mortgage dated November 3, 1972, recorded in Official Records
Book 207, at Page 2856, of the Public Records of St. Lucie

County, Florida: s
3. THAT the Mortgagor hereby covenants, promises and
agrees to pay the promissory note in the manner and in all respects

as therein provided in said mortgage except the principal sum of
EIGHTY SEVEN T~iOUSAND and No/100 Dollars ($87,000.00) bearing '
interest at 8.3/4% per annum which interest and principal shall
i
be payable in monthly installments of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTEEN and ~
30/100 Dollars ($715.30) with the first installment due and ;
payable on the first day of December, 1973 and the final install-
ment due and payable on the first day of November, 1998. `
4. THAT the progerty hereinabove described shall remain

f subject to the lien, charge and enc~brance of said original

~ mortgage and nothing herein contained or done pursuant hereCo

~ shall in any manner or way affect, alter or modify any of the

g terms and conditions of said original mortgage, except as herein

~ changed and modified;

~ S. THAT this Agreement applies to, inures to the

~ benefit of and binds all parties hereto and their respective
~
heirs, legatees, devisees, administrators, executors, successors

~ and assig~s.
