KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savi~gs and Loan Association of St. lucie County, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by
Evelyn F. Wel l ing, a single adult dated June 8 1973 , and reco~ded
in the public records of Sa i nt Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book 21 S on page
331 , securing the payment of the sum of
Ten Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 Dollars(~ 10,800.00 )
covering property in the County of Sa i n t Luc i e , Flo~ida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured the~eby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
morlgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby ciirect the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record. -
