in or on the properties of Florida Power & Light Company in St. Lucie
County, Florida, pursuant to the Florida Industrial Development
Act, (b) providing for the execution and delivery of a trust
indenture securing said bonds, and (c) providing for the execution
and delivery o£ an installment purchase and security contract
selling said capital project by and between St. Lucie County, as
seller, and Florida Pow~r & Light Company, as purchaser, and it
also appearing that all of the facts required to be stated by said
Complaint and exhibits by Chapter 75 of the Florida Statutes are
contained therein, and that said St. Lucie County prays that this
Court issue an order as directed by said Chapter 75, and the Court
being fully advise~ in the premises, now, therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that all property owners; taxpayers and citizens
of the County of St. Lucie, Florida, including nonresidents owning
property or subject to taxation therein, and all others having or
claiming any right, title or interest in property to be affected
thereby, and the State of Florida through its State Attorney of

therewith should not be validated.
~ IT IS FURTNER ORDERED that before the date set for the
~ hearing on said Complaint for Validation, the Clerk of this Court
shall cause a copy of this Notice and Order to be published in the
manner required by Section 75.06, Florida Statutes, in The News
