all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdic
tion oP the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the ;
relation of husband and ~ife noW exists between the partiea; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken 3
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon _

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED ss folloWS:
1. That the Marriage between RITA ANN CAMPBELL, Wife and
JOHN AUSTIN CAMPBELL, Husband, be and the same is hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising-therefrom.
2. That each of the parties is hereby en~olned and restrai ed-
~ from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
