No. ?2-633 - MODULEX HOME COMMUNITES, INC. , . et al. , Defendants, FINAL JUDGMENT IN FORECLOSURE : This cause came on to be heard on December 12, 1973, upon the complaint ~ ~ of plaintiff to foreclose a mortgage, the answers of defendants Modulex Home Communities, Inc, , New Jersey Industries, Inc. , Kroywen, Inc, and Clair Brothers, Inc. , answer and disclaimer of Tower Chemical Company, inter- vention of Curtis Bolin and Richard Sinnott d/b/a Precision Aerial Applicators, Inc. , and upon the stipulation of plaintiff James Talcott, Inc, and defendants ~ Modulex Home Communities, Inc. , New Jersey Industries, Inc, and Kroywen, Inc, , and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises, it is, upon ~ 5 ~ consideration k a s 4 ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DIRECTED that: _ F r 4 ? ~ 1. The Court finds that due and legal service of process has been had : € 1 i ~ upon all of the above named defendants and this Court has jurisdiction of the < ~ p ; ~ : ~ parties in this cause and its subject matter. ~ ~ 2. Defendant Clair Brothers, Inc . has stipulated to withdrawal of its ~ £ ~ Answer and its judgment against Modulex Home Communities, Inc, has been ~ satisfied of record. Defendant Tower Chemical Company has previously filed ~ ~ its disclaiuner of interest in the subject property its judgrnent having been ~ ~ satisfied. Intervenors Bolin and Sinnott have dismissed their cross-claim and ~-4 filed their disclaimer, alleging their claim of lien against the crop has been ` satisfied. ~r - 3.
