Defendant. , ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S PETITION TO MAINTAIN, FERTILIZE AND CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN FRUIT This cause came on to be heard on the petition of James Talcott, Inc., plaintiff in the above-captioned cause, and the Court having reviewed the petition and the court f ile, including the final judgment of foreclosure entered this date, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is therefore ORDERED, DIRECTED and ADJLDGED that: l. Plaintiff James Talcott, Inc. is authorized to employ a crew o£ approximately five men to undertake certain clearing in the "Header Canal Block" preparatory to the application of fertilizer. 2. Plaintiff James Talcott, Inc. is authorized to contract for a light applicatio;~ of fertilizer which application is i.mmediately necessary in order to set the February bloom for the 1974 - 1975 fruit crop. 3. Plaintiff James Talcott, Inc. is authorized to contract for the sale of up to $25,000 worth of Pineapple oranges with ~ Orange Blossom Praducts, Inc., or any other licensed fruit buyer, such oranges to be sold at market price, and to receive any cash ~ advances pursuant to such contract, such cash advances to be ~ applied toward the expenses of the foregoing maintenance and fertilization. 4. In the event plaintiff is not the s+iccessful bidder at the foreclosure sale, pZaintiff shall make a full accounting to the Court of the costs of the above maintenance and fertilization, ~Q ~ ~ 7~LX.vl~ Pi~~~
