IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE idORTGAGOR
HEREIN COVENA~ITS AND AGREE THAT:

the payments called for in the first mortgage encumbering this
property, to the I~IORTGAGEE herein at its office or at some other
place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.

acknowledge in writing the existence of this mortgage deed and

~ (4) This mortgage deed and note will come due.and payable in full,
; if the MORTGAGOR herein should sell or convey the fee simple tit

~ Lucie County, FLorida. A copy of said written permission to con-
