Together with all and singular the tenementa, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and also all buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, machines, heating plent, lighting plent, and all !
plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appiiances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric hea~ing and lighting ~
plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other elevators.
including psssenger and other elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereatter
located in the building upon said Iand, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter piaced on said
premises, either in renewal or replecement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances originally installed on
said premises, in connection with the comptetion thereof or in addition thereto which may hereafter be pleced upon the
above described land. Khich said fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances the hiortgagor warrants shaU be ~
free from any encumbrances, retention of tille or other claims in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a
first lien thereon.
TO NAVE ANU TO HOI.D all and singular the said property hereby con~•eyed, mortgaged, pledged or assigned
by che Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the biortgagee, in fee simple.
