Together with ell and singular the tenements, hereditameats and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and also all buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lighting plent, and all
plumbing apparatus, fuctures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heat~ing and Gghting
plants. lighting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operetion of passenger or other elevators.

located in the building upon said land, end all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said
premises, either in renewal or reptacement of fixtutes, machinery, appliances and appurtenances originslly installed on
said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereto which may hereafter be placed upon the
above described land, which said fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be
free from eny encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a
first lien thereon.
TO HAYE ANU Tn NOLD a!! snd singular the said property hereby conveyeci, mortgaged, pledged or assigned
by the hlortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the 4lortgagee, in fee simple.
And the Mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Martgagor has full power and lawfut right to convey
said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shalt be tawful for the Nortgagee at eil times peaceably and quietly Lo enter
upon, hold, cecupy and enior said land: that ssid land is free from all encumbrances except as mey be herein described:
that the Mortgagor will make auch further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to eaid land in the Mortgagee ae may
reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warranta the title to said land end will defend the aame ~
against the law?ful clai.me of all persone whomsoever.
