DISSOLUPION OF MpRRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 13th dqy of December, 1973 and the
Court having given f1~11 consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines
This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; ~

that the relation of husband and Frife noW exists between the parties; and that ~
the marriage between the parties is irretrievab2y broken and shouZd be dissolve ;
it is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGID as follows: ~

1. The marriage bettaeen WILLIAM N. BEASLEY and GERALDINE W. BEASLEY
be and the same is hereby dissolved, snd the parties and each of them are here '

forever freed from the bonds of matrimor~y heretofore existing between them and ;

from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

2. Commencing the 2nd da4Y of January, 1974, WILLIAM N. BEASLEY shall
p~y to GERALDIPtE W. BEASLEY the sum of $75.00 per month for support, for the
minor child, KATHERINE BEASLEY.
Each payment sha11 be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to GERAI.DINE W. BEASLEY. In addition there is hereby assesse
the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. All pqyments shall be made in cash, money order c~r cashier's check. Bot
of the parties are orc3ered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all times While this order is in effect.
