FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
'I~is cause coming on to be heard upon the verified petition filed
herein, and it appearing to the Court that the petitioners, RICHARD J. -
POZNIAK and BARBARA POZNIAK, are fit and proper persons to adopt the
minor child herein sought to be adopted, namely, MARY LYNN POZNIAK, ~
and that the best interest of the ch ild will be promoted by the adoption,
and that said minor child ~s suitable for adoption by the petitioners, RICHARD
J. POZNIAK and BARBARA PQZNIAK; and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises; it is
ORDERED AND ADJG~GED that the said minor child, known as
~ MARY LYNN POZNIAK, is hereby declared to be tfie legal child of the

~ petitioners, RICHARD J, POZNIAK and BARBARA FOZNIAK, and is hereby

~ given the name of MARY LYNN POZN[AK, by wh ich name she shall here -

~ FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said child shall be
~ the child and legal heir of the petitioners, RICHARD J. POZNIAK and BARBARA

~ POZNIAK, and entitled to ail rights and privileges, and subject to all ob-

~ ligations of a child born to the petitioners, RICHARD J. POZNIAK and

~ BARBARA POZMAK, in lawful wedlock.
