This cause was heard upon the verified Petition
for Adoption filed in this cause, and it appearing to the
Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt
the minor child sought to be adopted and that the best interest
of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child

is suitable for adoption by the Petitioner, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED that the minor child known as DAVID
BRYSON CLEMENTS is declared to be the legal child of the
Petitioner, BYRON LEE STANLEY and is given the name of DAVID
i LEE STANLEY, by which name he shall hereafter be known, and

~ legal heir of the Petitioner, BYRON LEE STANLEY entitled to
all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations
