This cause coming on to be heard on this date and
it appearing to the Court from the record and argument of
counsel that FREDERICK R. PEASE is entitled to have the Writ
of Attachment issued aqainst the following described real
property dissolved, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Writ of Attachment
issued against the folZowing described real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
From the northeast corner of Lot 1 of Block G '
of Maravilla Heights, run westerly 200 feet,
thence run south 516 feet for point of beginning;
thence continue south 100 feet, thence run due west
to east riqht-of-way of Sunrise Boulevard; thence
" run northerly alonq road right of way to a point
100 feet due north of the south line of this parcel;
thence run east to point of beginning. Marvilla
Heights being reoprded in Plat Book 4 at page 89 £
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
