KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
MIHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- .
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner.and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, ~
1g70, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental ?
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ;

2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encianbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein _
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of - ~
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured ~
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and ;
~ also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ;
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record `
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Flarida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
~tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and re~orded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida; and
{aHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National =
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage; ~
NOW, THEREFORE, Fi~st National City Bank, in consideration of -
