KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ' .
h(HEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY 6ANK, a national banking assocta-
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the folla+ing mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
ti mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continent~t
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
:5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Pacs
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. lucle County, Florida,
encwnbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebted~ess of s1,112,392.00 and
~ alsa encunbering other lands in Polk County, florida, which
~ • Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
--8ook.207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
~tion and Extension Agreement, dated.June 27, 1973 and recorded
~ in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Pubiic Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
NHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested first National -
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NON, THEREFORE, First National City 6ank, in consideration of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the ~

said Mortgagor, its successors ahd assigns, forever freed, exonerated
