v DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 12th day of December,
1973 and the Court having given full consideration to all the ;
evidence, finds and dete?-mines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation

of husband and wife now exists betweea the parties; and that the
~
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should ;
;
,
be dissolved. It is thereupon '

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: '
l. The marriage between GEORGE D. SMITH and HELEN T. :

i SMITH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ;

` heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~ •
~ therefrom.

~ 2. Custody of MARK SMITH, minor child of the parties,

~
~ is hereby awarded to HELEN T. SMITH with reasonable rights of
~
~ visitation reserved to GEORGE D. SMITH.

S 3. Commencing the lst day of January, 1974, GEORGE

- D. SMITH shall pay to I~LEN T. SMITH the sum of One Hundred Fifty
i
($150.00) Dollars each and every month, for the support of the

= child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of th?s Court and
s~ by him remitted promptly to HELEN T. SMITH. In addition there is
