FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on Eor trial on December 3
and 4, 1973, and it appearing to the Court that a
jury was duly impaneled and sworn in accordance with
law, and after hearing testimony of the parties and
their witnesses, argument of counsel, and having
received the charge of this Court, said jury retired
to consider their verdict and upon returning into
open Court the followirig jury verdict was puhlished:
We, the Jury, find for the Defendants,
ANDREW RUSSELL, ETHEL RUSSELL, and
ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, and •
against the Plaintiff, RUTH IKcBRIDE,
and hence this Plaintiff shall have
~ no recovery from these Defendants.
So say we a 11.
