Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to
sell certain real ~state in said County hereinafter
described, averring it is necessar,y and expedient to sell
the same s~nd also each and every ~urisdictional fact; end the prayer
in said Petition having appeared to and found by said Judge to be
