December, k.D. 1973, and the Cour•t having give~~ full
cohsideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Co;~rt hsa Jurisdiction of the Partiea and 3ub3ect
~?atter of thia auit; that the relation of Iiusband and Wife
now eaists between the Partiea; and that tha i~larriage
between the Farties i~ Irratrievably Broken and ahould be
Jissolved.
