It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MAURTCE L. HORN and M. DELORES (DEE) HORN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ( matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations i i arising therefrom. 6 e € 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. M. DELORES (DEE) HORN be and she is ~ ~ hereby authorized to assume her former name of M. DELORES (DEE) BLAIR, F ~ and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not inter- ~ vened. ~ - `r 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and ~ ~ ~ restrained-from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other. "3 4. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $300 to be ~ reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein and ~ ~ MAURICE L. HORN is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together with u: costs herein assessed at $30.50. 5. JURISDICTION.
