- DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day o~ .
197~, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MAURTCE L. HORN
and M. DELORES (DEE) HORN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
( matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

i arising therefrom.

€ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. M. DELORES (DEE) HORN be and she is

~ hereby authorized to assume her former name of M. DELORES (DEE) BLAIR,

~ and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not inter-
~ vened.

`r 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and

~ restrained-from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
"3 4. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $300 to be
~ reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein and

MAURICE L. HORN is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together with
u:
costs herein assessed at $30.50.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
~ hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
