N0. 73-856 CIVIL ACTION IN RE: The Marriage of ~ THOMAS HAROLD JAMESON, Husband, * and * SHIRLEY ANN JAMESON, Wife. * * FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 14th day of December, 1973, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between~the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSO~UTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between THOMAS HAROLD JAMESON, and SHIRLEY ANN JAMESON be_ and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of the:n are hereby forever freed from the bonds I of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligation i i ~ arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of TRACY LOREAINE JAMESON, minor child of ~ the parties, is hereby awarded to SHIRLEY ANN JAMESON with reasonable visitation rights reserved to THOMAS HAROLD JAMESO 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of , ~ 19~ the sum of Fifty ($50) Dollars shall be paid to SHIRLEY ANN JAMESON ~ by THOMAS HAROLD JAMESON each and every month, for the support of the ~ ' ~ child named above. v ; - Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by ~ him remitted promptly to SHIRLEY ANN JAMESON. In addition there is : y ~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money ~ order or cashier's check.
