This cause came on for trial the 14th day of December,
1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
- the parties and subject mati.er of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should~ be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERLD AI~ID ADJUDGED as follows :
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
VERNON FORD and MARIE FORD be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and eaeh of them are hereby forever freed from~

; the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
i
j from the obligations arising therefrom.

€ 2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and

i the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
orders as may be proper.
