Defendant, Eugene Sharp, sh all remit to Louise Stevens the sum
of $27.50 as court costs.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the
DeEendant, L~,igene Sharp shall pay to Rupert Jasen Smith, ~
-attorney for the Plaintiff, Louise Stevens, the sum of $300.00
as reasonable attorneys fees .
The court reserves jurisdiction of this cause and
