issuance of Utilities Revenue Certificates, Series 1973, da~ed
April 1, 1973, of the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority of Fort
Pierce, Fl.orida, in the sum of not exceeding $12,950,000, in
the denomination of $5,000 each, numbered consecutively from
one upward, and maturing on April l of each of the years 19~5
to 2003, inclusive, bearing interest at not exceeding the maxi-
mum rate permitted Uy law, principal and semi-annual interest
(April 1 and October 1), callable as may be proyided in said
Resolution, is for a proper, legal and corporate purpose and
is fully authorized ;~y Iaw, anr. that said obligations and each

a pledge of the pledged funds, above described, subject, how-
ever to the prior lien on a part of the pledged funds of
certain Outstanding Obligations, more particularly described
in the Resolution, in the manner and under the terms and con-
ditions contained in the Resolution.
