DIS~OLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 13th da~y of December, 1973, ~a
~the Court having given full consideration to a11 the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties arid sub~ect matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and Wife now exists bet~een the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AI)JUDGED as follows :
Z. `i'he narriage between IDGAR B. TONII,IN, JR. and ANNETTE R.
MI,IN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties ~ and each of them
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing bet~een

" hem and from the obligations arising therefrom.
i 2. That as to Lot 11, Block 1, Replat of Palm Gardens per plat

~ Book 12, Page 42, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, the petitioner,
DGAR B. TOi~,IN, JR., in addition to any prior held rights therein, shall have
he right to a lien against the said property equal to the aggregate sums by
~ im paid toward indebtedness against the said property after the date of this

3. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained
for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
