Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
GEORGE R. OSBORNE and MARY N. OSBORNE, his wife, who being first
duly sworn on oath say:
1. That they are the grantees named in that certain Warranty
Deed from Dorothy K. Short, the unremarried widow of Delos B. ~
Short, deceased, dated April 18, 1969, and recorded in Official
Record Book 176, Page 2592, public records o~ ~,t, Lucie County,

Florida.
2. That these affiants were not related to the said Dorothy
K. Short nor her deceased husband, Delos B. Short, and that they
purchased the land described in said deed and all improvements
thereon, for an adequate and full consideration in money or
moneys' worth, as bona fide purchasers.
3. That the said Delos C. Short was a resident of the State
of Florida on the date of his death, and that the said Dorothy
K. Short was a resident of the State of Florida on the date
