This cause coming before the Court upon the Wife's
objection to the interroqatories propounded upon her by the Husband
in the above-captioned case, and after having heard argument of
counsel, and in view of the revision of the Florida Rules of Civil
Procedure, it is hereby ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the interrogatories propounded
upon the-Wife by the Husband in this matter fail to comply with
the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and the Wife is therefore under
no obligation to respond thereto. '
